Finishing factory
The aim of the finishing factory is to produce fabrics of good quality.
It is a place where fabrics assume their final appearance, width, design
and colour requested by consumers.
Today the finishing
factory of JSC Tirotex produces the following kinds of fabric: bleached,
plain dyed and printed (with printed design), fabrics with seersucker
effect, as well as jersey and terry fabrics.
Our factory is always in the process of development of new
designs and finishings. We work with designs of different trends
corresponding to the requirements of customers, we develop new colours
on different qualities of fabrics, we develop new kinds of final
finishing.
The number
of
designs always
increases.
As a whole, upon
the request of the customer, our equipment and experience of our
specialists allow to make any design whatever difficult it is.
The names of such worldwide known producers of machinery as
«STORK», «Reggiane», «BENINGER», «KIOTO», «ZIMMER» say about the level
of technical equipment.
This equipment
provides:
- a wide range of choice of design appearance;
- high brightness, purity and intensity of colours, exact
reproduction of designs;
- ecological purity of fabrics and perfect colour fastness;
- possibility to reach all possible effects of final
finishing (designs with golden and silver effect, glossy effect,
crease-resistance, shrink-resist treatment, antiallergenic,
antibacterial finishing, aroma finishing, water-soil-oil repellent
finishing, hydrophilic finishing, fire-retardant finishing, etc).
The factory uses reactive, VAT (indanthrene), pigment dyestuffs
and other textile auxiliary substances made by «CIBA», «BEZEMA», «TANATEX»,«СHT»,
«LAMBERTI».
Fabric passed final finishing and quality control goes to the
warehouse of finished products for further delivery to clients or to the
sewing factory for sewing of ready-made goods.
