Spinning and Weaving Production

     Today Spinning and Weaving Factory produces 6 000 000 running meters of fabric.
     Together with recently purchased Silk Weaving Factory company Tirotex produces up to 6, 5 mln running meters of fabric.
     But in general Spinning and Weaving Factory of Tirotex can produce more than 12 mln square meters of fabric per month.
     These are fabrics of  140 different qualities in width starting from 90 and up to 320 cm. Such possibilities are unique for textile enterprises of Eastern Europe both in respect of volume, quality and assortment.
     New equipment installed gives an opportunity to work on such high quality groups of fabric as sateen, percale, Renforce alongside with the qualities, which are traditional for post soviet countries. Such fabrics are exported mainly to western markets.
     Joining of Silk Factory of Bendery to Tirotex allows to actively develop fabrics of jacquard group. Spinng and Weaving Factory of Tirotex can react very quickly to the changes in market conditions, renew the assortment of fabrics in accordance with market requirements. It is a start point of all further technological line of Tirotex, expressing the quality of goods, short lead-time, well organized deliveries.

    Spinning Factory

     A spinning factory started working in 1974. The main type of raw material is cotton fibers and partially viscose fiber. The factory produces single cotton yarn of the following thickness: 15.4 tex,16.6 tex, 20 tex, 25 tex, 29 tex, 50 tex, 68.8 tex, 71.4 tex.

     The factory processes 65 tons of cotton every day.
     Cotton fiber arriving in pressed bales passed a lot of processes in the spinning factory: loosening, scutching, cleaning from dirt and contamination, blending, levelling, carding, formation of card-sliver, spinning, twisting.

     A preparation section of any textile factory is used for final preparation of yarn for weaving: warp yarn is processed by warping machines, which form more capacious packing – warping beams. This process is carried out on equipment of «Beninger» and «KARL MAYER». It is the most modern equipment distinguishing itself as high-speed, highly productive and low breakage-level equipment.
     Then the lot of warping beams is concerted into more capacious packing – weaving beam. At the same time yarn is impregnated with a special solution – size – providing a stronger strength of threads to abrasion and other mechanical loads. A weaving section received prepared warp yarn on weaving beams from preparation section. Weft yarn arrives from the spinning factory in spools.

 

   

A card sliver is produced by such highly productive machines as «TRUTZCHLER»  and «RITTER».

  

Spinning is carried out by machines «AUTOCORO» of company «SHLAFHORST - 360», making yarn of guaranteed quality certified with a yarn quality certificate «Belcoro»

 

   

 

 

  

  

  

 

   Weaving factory

    A weaving factory started working in 1975. Weaving sections №1 and №2 are equipped with highly productive shuttles weaving looms STB-2-216Б, STB-2-250, STB-280, STBU-330 and STBU-360, Sulzer, which produce grey cotton fabric in width from 90 to 340 cm.
