The outcome of the outgoing year 2018 was a series of key events among which the absolute primacy of the leader of the light industry of Transnistria among the enterprises of the industry. This was confirmed by the organizer of the Republican Transnistrian quality contest, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the PMR at the solemn ceremony of awarding the winners. This time, however, as before, Tirotex confirmed its leadership in several nominations. The competition is held under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the PMR together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the PMR, the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources of the PMR, the Ministry of Industry and Regional Development of the PMR, public services and certification bodies.

A solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the 16th Republican Contest named "Transnistrian quality – 2018" took place. Already for the 16th time "Tirotex" presented to the expert commission collection of ready-made articles - "Magic of Dream", "Air", "English Style", "Creative", "Textile Empire", "Men’s Club", collection of 3D digital prints, as well as collections of Heraldry and De Jouy table linen. And for the 16th time the textile enterprise became a laureate in the nomination "Manufacture of ready-made textile articles".

Also this year, a special nomination “LEADER OF SALES ON THE DOMESTIC MARKET” was added. And of course the unconditional leader was “Tirotex”, as evidenced by a diploma awarded by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR, A.S. Scherba.

TIROTEX was also awarded a special "TRIUMP-2018" prize for technological leadership in the light industry, the conquest of markets in more than 30 countries of the world, victories in international and national quality competitions and in connection with the 45th anniversary of the company.
