TIROTEX IS ALWAYS OPEN TO THE WORLD OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND OPPORTUNITIES! 27 June 2019

The 18th International Exhibition of Textile Machinery ITMA-2019 completed its work in Barcelona (Spain). The long-awaited event is always held in different cities every four years. The international exhibition platform collects the largest manufacturers from all countries of the world. Little wonder that the exhibition is known among specialists as the “textile Olympiad”. According to preliminary estimates, the exhibition was presented by more than 1,500 exhibitors from 45 countries, and the number of visitors exceeded 100,000 from 140 countries.

A delegation from Pridnestrovie represented by Andrey Mezhinsky, Director General of Tirotex Company, Oleg Pashchenko, Director of Finishing Factory, and Vladislav Politov, Chief Technologist of the company, also took part in this event. During the event, the representatives of Tirotex held a series of meetings and business negotiations with the representatives of Toyota, Picanol, Staubli, Bonas, Efi-Reggiani, Stork, SCHLAFHORST, Zimmer, Durst, MS, TRUTZSCHLER, Texpa, Cibitex, Automatex, Textima, Bruckner.

As Andrei Mezhinsky: noted: “The newest technologies, modern equipment, the organization of high-tech production is of paramount importance for the strategic development of Tirotex. Acquaintance with the achievements of the leaders of the textile machinery industry contributes to the introduction of the latest technologies on our production site. Today, our company is interested in a wider development of the jacquard assortment, so business meetings were introductory, we considered the proposals of leading manufacturers of jacquard equipment. Representatives of Staubli and Bonas demonstrated the capabilities of their machines - the fastest and most compact (for 8 thousand or more hooks). Their advantages are fast and easy installation, kinematics accuracy and the absence of vibration, low friction mechanisms and, as a result, lower power consumption, safe direct access, optimum performance and ventilation protecting the equipment from dirt and dust. For the time being we are considering proposals from manufacturers and we will make a final decision on the basis of the meetings.”

According to Oleg Pashchenko, director of the finishing factory of Tirotex: “This is a modern textile technological platform for discussing fresh ideas and searching effective solutions. Participation in the exhibition is extremely important for our company in order to maintain its leading position and respond timely to the ever-changing demands of the textile industry.”

Chief Technologist Vladislav Politov: “To widen the range of textile goods we were primarily interested in the development of the textile industry and advanced production technologies for the next 5-10 years. At the end of the exhibition we will analyze what innovative solutions we will apply and develop at the production sites of Tirotex.”
